About this Park
Located just 19 km northwest of Victoria, Goldstream Provincial Park is renowned for its 47-metre Niagara Falls, annual salmon runs, and pristine temperate rainforest across 477 hectares.
From October to December, thousands of Chinook and Coho salmon return to spawn in Goldstream River — one of the Island's great wildlife spectacles. Ancient Douglas fir and cedar provide a stunning backdrop for hiking and photography.
