About this Park
East Sooke Regional Park protects over 1,400 hectares of coastal wilderness just west of Victoria. The Coast Trail is one of the finest day hikes on the Island — 10 km of rugged shoreline with sweeping Juan de Fuca views.
Old-growth Douglas fir, arbutus groves, and rocky headlands make this a favourite for hikers, photographers, and nature lovers.
