About this Park
Cathedral Grove in MacMillan Provincial Park is one of Vancouver Island's most iconic natural attractions. A short boardwalk loop takes visitors through a grove of massive Douglas fir and western red cedar — some over 800 years old.
Located along Highway 4 between Parksville and Port Alberni, it's an essential stop on any cross-island road trip.
